Do You Offer Salon and Mobile Appointments?

Yes, you can ether book at my tranquil and private home salon or a mobile appointment in the comfort of your own home.

Is There an Extra Cost For a Mobile Appointment?

I am able to accommodate visits within an 8-mile radius of my base (Swinderby, Lincoln) without any additional considerations. For locations beyond this distance, I assess requests on a case-by-case basis, factoring in mileage, travel costs, location, and the cost of the requested treatments. Once you provide your postcode, I will promptly inform you if I can travel to your location and if this constitutes any additional costs. Additionally, there is a minimum spend of £35 per mobile appointment.

How Does the Process Work for Your Visit to Me?

Once your treatment(s) have been scheduled and all necessary details, including the address, date, and time, have been confirmed, I will handle everything upon arrival. I provide all the equipment needed and set up in your home efficiently, promptly, and professionally. After your treatment(s) are completed, I will pack up with the same level of care, ensuring your space is left exactly as I found it. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your treatment(s).

What If I Have Any Allergies?

Before confirming your booking, I will request that you disclose any known allergies. Rest assured that all information provided will be kept strictly confidential. This information is essential for tailoring your treatment to meet your individual needs and ensure your safety. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide your desired treatment, I will offer an alternative treatment where possible.

I have a Medical Condition, Should I Disclose This Upon Booking?

Prior to confirming your booking, I kindly request that you disclose any known medical conditions that may impact your desired treatment. Rest assured that all information provided will be kept strictly confidential. I will make every effort to accommodate your treatment in consideration of your medical condition to ensure your safety. In the unlikely event that we are unable to proceed with your desired treatment, I will offer an alternative treatment where possible.

Do You Offer Beauty and Holistic Services for Men?

Yes, I certainly do! Many of my treatments can be provided for women AND men.

Is There a Minimum Age That My Child Can Have a Treatment?

My Child is under 16, Can I leave Them Alone for Their Treatment?

Once a booking is confirmed, any minor under the age of 16 MUST have a parent or guardian present at all times during their treatment(s). Additionally, prior to the first treatment, a record card must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian on behalf of the minor.
